Nut Factory Fundraiser
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us last night at the Nut Factory open house! It was a much bigger success than expected! Included in our fundraiser was an awesome photo booth (photos courtesy of Zachary Swearingen), and a plethora of goodies for sale. Stay tuned for all of the pictures to be posted to our Facebook page. We had a raffle drawing at the end of the night, and the lucky winner was Brian Nigus, the sculpture lab technician at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. Brian won a slew of prizes which included: a wooden and metal Wisconsin magnet, a laser etched wooden magnet with our logo on it, 3 collaged lighters, 10 postcards, a travel mix CD, stickers with our logo and first Milwaukee trip on it, a dream catcher kit, a poster, and a voucher to be redeemed for a spot on one of our trips of his choice. Our biggest thank you of all goes to Brent Budsberg and Shana McCaw, who graciously invited us to throw our fundraiser at the open house last night! Our next trip is in a weeks time!

MFR Statement
Upon our return from the Southwest Trip, we relished our renewed senses. Looking to utilize this change in ourselves and outside awareness - we have formed an independent study course that allows us to delve deeper into the often overlooked sites of our home land...The Midwest. In this course we will research; travel and experience the curiosities that build the Midwest landscape, be it manmade or naturally given.
